MANUFACTURE OF MULTILAYER CERAMIC BOARD

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve a multilayered board surface electrode provided onto a glass ceramic board in solder wettability, wherein the board which shrinks only in its thicknesswise direction but not in its horizontal directions at burning. CONSTITUTION:A required number of green sheets 1 formed of glass ceramic which contains organic binder and solvent and each provided with an electrode pattern of conductor paste composition 2 are laminated for the formation of a green sheet laminate, and Zn composition-containing paste 3a is printed on the electrode patterns on both the sides of the green sheet laminate or all the surface of the green sheet laminate, and a green sheet 4 of inorganic composition which is not sintered at the crystallizing temperature of glass ceramic is laminated on both the sides of the green sheet laminate where paste 3a of Zn composition has been printed. The laminate is subjected to a burning process to remove the inorganic composition and Zn composition on both its sides.
