The pressure developing apparatus of a color video printer in a cycolor system performs a developing process with a rather small pressure and particularly a moving pressure actuator of a small size and a light weight, to be used without a bending phenomenon in a prop roller of the small size. The apparatus has a moving pressure actuator capable of moving left and right in reciprocation in the length direction by a left and right reciprocating unit so that a given developing pressure can be gotten on a cycolor film and an image receiving paper by a consecutive line contact of the prop roller.
