The spring plate (19,19a), container base (11) and container tube (3) are connected together by a common welded seam assembly (25). The spring plate has a sleeve body (19a) enclosing the container tube (3) and arranged so that the end face (23) of the sleeve body on the base side is axially offset from the end face (21) of the container tube. The base (11) is fitted into the container tube so that part of the base extends axially outside of the tube and the welded seam assembly (25) is connected with the base through the end faces (21,23). The sleeve body of the spring plate can be part of the connecting member (13) on the side of the container tube.
