The light adjusting window curtain has fabric strips glued between two transparent fabric sheets in such a way that the moving transparent fabric sheets perpendicularly, the strips' angle position changes thus adjusting the light volume coming from the window. The strips of transparent fabric are attached in such a way that these sheets together with the strips can be moved in position when light does not flow through the window. Curtain manufacturing methods and equipment essence description: the method includes linear glue covering on the strips' material which provides an unchangeable outer look of the product and definite adjustment of the heating conditions. The device, of which transparent fabric and strip layers are moving between a driving-belt above heating and cooling surfaces with unchangeable stretching and pressing power, is described. Fabric deformation and gathering during the warming up process are avoided because of the unchangeable correlation of temperature and surface.
