CONSTITUTION:This thickening agent is obtained by pulverizing edible mushrooms selected from Tremella fuciformis, Pholiota nameko and Tremella foliacea. Since the thickening agent has high safety as a food additive and is colorless and odorless, it is extremely usable. Excellent thickening effect can be obtained by addition of a small amount. |
