PURPOSE:To orient widthwise together with lengthwise by a method wherein an anchoring pin is inserted in a film running on an orienting bar by approaching a pin stand to the central part side in the longitudinal direction so as to convert the restoring force applied to the pin stand to the film. CONSTITUTION:A receiving member 62, which holds a pin bar 14, is moved forward by driving a relief cylinder 56. Thus, both the right and left ends of the pin bar are gone out of guide grooves, into which the ends have been fitted, resulting in bringing the pin bar 14 under vertically movable state. Next, the receiving member with the pin bar 14 holding thereon starts lowering by driving a driving cylinder 60. The lowering of the receiving member continues until the pin bar 14 touches the top face of running film. |
