PURPOSE:To produce a sintered and cured architectural material by finely grinding ASHINOISHI and SHIRAKAWAISHI to powder, kneading together this main starting material and other starting material such as an earth, a glass and iron, pressing into shapes and sintering at high temp.. CONSTITUTION:ASHINOISHI and SHIRAKAWAISHI which are an andesite type architectural stone and in market mainly as an architectural material of an ashlar are ground to powder, and using this powder as a main starting material, other clay, glass powder, etc., are mixed, and formed in fixed dimension by a pressing machine, and entered in a furnace, and by burning at the high temp. of several hundreds deg.C to thouthand and several hundreds deg.C to sinter and to cure, a material to be used as the architectural material, etc., is obtained. In this way, a stone which may becomes a waste material can be used all as the starting material, and the architectural material capable of using as a floor wall, etc., can be produced, and very useful for reuse of resources. |
