<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing an integral forming type self-standing container with an excellent pressure resistance and heat resistance, which does not use a base cup. CONSTITUTION:For a manufacturing method of a pressure-resistant self-standing container with a bottom part on which a plurality of leg parts to constitute ground parts are formed in the peripheral direction, (1) a parison is formed by a biaxial drawing blowing forming, and a preforming body 1 of which the bottom part 11 is semi-spherical, and on which parts 16 to become leg parts at the final stage are formed into depressed shapes is fabricated, and (2) under a condition in which the bottom part 11 is heated to a drawable temperature, the preforming body 1 is drawing-blowing-formed, and the depressed parts 16 are made to swell.</p> |
