PURPOSE:To form a silicone rubber layer uniform by regulating a thickness of a layer of silicone rubber composition by a knife, and forming the composition of a specific thickness on the outer surface of an endless belt. CONSTITUTION:A line for connecting an upper contact of a belt 1 wound on a stationary roll 2 and a drive roll 3 and the roll 2 to a central point of the roll 2 is set to zero degree, and a knife is disposed at a position separated at a specific distance from the belt 1 at a position corresponding to 0-35 deg.. The belt 1 is fed by the roll 3, silicone rubber composition is supplied to the outer surface of the belt 1, the composition is scraped OFF by the knife 5 to regulate a thickness of the composition, and then a silicone rubber composition layer is cured. Thus, the layer can be formed uniformly. |
