PURPOSE:To keep the thickness of a marking line constant at the time of flame spraying a fusible powder from a nozzle to mark a material by determining the moving speed of the nozzle and controlling a fusible powder supply valve in accordance with the speed. CONSTITUTION:A torch 21 is loaded on a working device controlled by an NC device 8, a hole for ejecting a gas mixed with a fusible powder 25 is formed at the center of the nozzle 7 of the torch 21, and a flame 22 is formed around the hole. The nozzle 7 and a vessel 26 are connected, the powder 25 is put in the vessel 26, and a hose 28 for transferring the powder 25 and a gas hose 29 to control the supply of the powder 25 are connected. Valves 31 and 32 are provided to the hoses 28 and 29 to adjust the flow rate or pressure of the gas. The moving speed of the nozzle 7 is detected by a controller 30, the valves 31 and 32 are controlled in accordance with the speed, and a line of uniform thickness is marked on a material C. |
