PURPOSE:To reduce the load variation caused in the driving system for a rotary cam and perform changing-over between the overlap mode and non-overlap mode quickly and easily. CONSTITUTION:A folding machine with a collecting mechanism is equipped with a stationary cam 31 provided with a profile 31A for making the needle 15B of a collecting drum 15 perform the specified handover motion and a rotary cam 30 having a shield part 30A to enclose the cam profile 31A, wherein the cam profile 31A is enclosed with the shield part 30A at every other runs during the collect mode, in which overlapped folded leaves are exhausted, and is put in condition not enclosed every time under the non-collect mode for exhaustion of non-overlapped folded leaves. |
