<p>PURPOSE:To relax the unstable vibration of a swash plate, by deflecting the track centers of thrust bearings in the direction of the bottom dead center of the sliding surface of swash plates opposing each other, in a compressor in which thrust bearings are provided between both bosses of the swash plate and the supporting part formed to a pair of cylinder blocks. CONSTITUTION:Thrust bearings 5A and 5B are provided on the front side and the rear side of a swash plate 4 installed on a driving shaft 1, and both thrust bearings 5A and 5B are held between both bosses of the swash plate 4 and the supporting parts of both cylinder blocks 2 and 3 by the common fastening of a through bolt. In this case, both thrust bearings 5A and 5B are set to deflect their track centers OS to the bottom dead center P side of the sliding surface 41 of opposing swash plates from the driving center DS. As a result, even though a moment depending on the compression reaction is operated to the swash plate 4 in the operating condition of a compressor, the maximum deflection load is reduced reasonably reversely proportionally to the increase of the length of the arm of the track line hung from the driving center DS in the direction to the bottom dead center of the swash plate 4, so as to reduce the unstable vibration.</p> |
