<p>PURPOSE:To detect trouble of a sensor, and prevent operational stopping of a process control system caused by the trouble of the sensor by providing a sensor signal input means to interpolate the sensor when the sensor runs into trouble. CONSTITUTION:A cooperation degree storage part 5 finds beforehand an existence degree of carrying objects in respective sensors as a cooperation degree when the sensors to output detecting signals by detecting the carrying objects outputs the detecting signals, and stores it with every sensor. When the sensors output the detecting signals, a sensor signal input part 7 takes out a cooperation degree corresponding to the detecting signal-outputted sensors from the cooperation degree storage part 5, and the cooperation degree is added with every sensor, and sensors in which the added value is net less than a prescribed value are treated as sensors to detect the carrying objects. Thereby, even when a sensor runs into trouble (containing a mulfunction), the sensor can be interpolated.</p> |
