Invention refers to an accounting means of fluid consumption. Its usage provides opportunity to simplify the structure of the converter and increase the measurement accuracy. The object of the invention is a converter (Fig.1) consisting of a fluid supply system, valve, which is connected with a ferromagnetic core and coil that is magnetically connected with the core (Fig.1). It is offered to supplement the converter with a constant memory device with programmed individual working characteristics of the converter and connect it electrically with the gauge. Such a converter is meant for multiple distance measuring systems consisting of a central computation centre and individual converters located in measuring objects.<IMAGE>
