PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost without spoiling coping property as well as workability for a building of highly sealed and highly insulated from heat and reduce the propagation of noise, generated from a ventilating device, into a room without deteriorating beautiful indoor appearance. CONSTITUTION:Forced simultaneous air supplying and discharging can be effected by one set of ventilating device 22 by a method wherein the inside of a frame body 1 is partitioned by a partitioning tube 6 into an exhaust air passage 8 and a supplying air passage 9 and a heat exchanger is provided in the indoor side of the inside of the frame body 1 while a ventilating device 22, equipped with air supplying vanes 21C and air supplying and discharging vanes 21, is provided in the outdoor side of the same. In this case, the ventilating device 22 is not positioned in the indoor side 4 whereby the size of projection of the ventilating device 22 out of the wall surface 2 is reduced and, further, noise, generated out of the ventilating device 22, is attenuated upon passing through the air supplying and discharging passages 8, 9 as well as the heat exchanger 14 and, thereafter, is propagated to the inside 4 of the room. On the other hand, the installation work of the fan can be completed by a simple work wherein the frame body l is inserted into and fixed to the mounting holes 3 thereof. |
