PURPOSE:To reduce the force required for insertion/desertion by bringing up and down the side board provided at the back of contact spring raw through slide cam mechanism thereby moving the contact spring back and fro. CONSTITUTION:Slot 12 for inserting/deserting the printedboard is made in the upper face of housing 11, while two raws of contact springs 13 are arranged while facing each other in said slot 12. Side boards 15, 16 are contained movably in inserting/deserting direction of the printedboard at the rear side of contact spring 13. Sliding boards 24, 25 are engaged with the side boards 15, 16 while slide cams 26, 27 clawed each other with the contacting surface of them are formed at the engaging section. Sliding boards 24, 25 project outwardly to become operating section 28. When inserting/deserting the printedboard, the operating section 28 moves to the right to lower the side boards 15, 16 thus to increase the gap of contact spring 13 and to reduce the inserting/deserting force. Then when moving the operating section 28 to the left, it is pressure connected electrically and mechanically.
