FACIAL TISSUE CARTON

Tissue cartons containing a clip of interleaved tissues and featuring a plastic "pop-up" dispensing window having a slit through which the tissues are withdrawn can suffer from a tendency to dispense more than one tissue at a time. Multiple dispensing can be reduced substantially by providing the dispensing slit with "hooked" ends which hook away from the dispensing slit in opposite directions. The hooked ends provide sufficient added resistance to removal of the tissues so that the next-in-line tissue(s) is (are) less likely to be removed with the previous tissue in the clip.
