<p>PURPOSE:To provide an internal combustion engine ignition coil device which is excellent in heat dissipating properties and small in size and where parts inside a coil case are less damaged. CONSTITUTION:A coil case 10 of an ignition coil device 1 is composed of a coil case 11 of metal excellent in heat dissipating properties and a coil case 12 of thermoplastic resin material. A primary coil 15, a secondary coil 17, a circuit module 20, and others are contained in the coil case 10 charged with electrical insulating oil 22. Therefore, heat released inside the coil 1 case 10 is efficiently dissipated out of the coil case 10, so that a high voltage can be stably applied to an ignition plug, and parts contained in the coil case 10 are less damaged.</p> |
