<p>PURPOSE: To provide such a guiding system as correctly guiding any missile to a target at a nose diving angle close to a right angle under a hard weather condition. CONSTITUTION: A means 16 for transmitting plural first radar signals by a millimeter wave frequency in a range including a target objective and background noise, a receiving means 17 for receiving radar reflection signals from the target objective and the background noise and creating the second signal in response thereto, and a means for processing this second signal and composing a three-dimensional picture image in response thereto are provided. The means for composing the three-dimensional picture image composes the three dimensional screen image by comparing the distance data and the strength profile data of a means 18 for extracting the distance data from the second signal and those of a means 20 for extracting and accumulating amplitude with the data for displaying the elevation angle profile in a range stored in a memory 30, and a contrast reference map stored in a memory 26.</p> |
