<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a high-accuracy chip resistor, which is not subjected to variation of its resistance value due to a heat history under a process, at a high yield. CONSTITUTION:A hardening resin is used as the respective components of a protective layer 4, a marking layer 5 and a terminal electrode base layer 6, the layers 4 and 5 are laminated on the surface of a resistor to form into a semicured state, then, a conductive paste is printed on sites to be formed with the layers 6 and the layers 4, 5 and 6 are simultaneously hardened by heating.</p> |
