PURPOSE:To provide a sentence reading-aloud device which can instruct the reading-aloud operations of sentences like the use of a cassette tape reproducing device, etc., with no input needed for the screen information on the reading-aloud device and also can easily instruct such operations to grasp the outline of a sentence and to quickly find out the reading-aloud positions. CONSTITUTION:A reading-aloud start button 108a, a reading-aloud stop button 108b, a fast reading-aloud button 108c, a returning direction sentence search button 108d, and an advancing direction sentence search button 108e are provided on a casing 30 of a sentence reading-aloud device and independently of a display screen 101a as the component elements of a 1st reading-aloud processing instructing part 108. Meanwhile a 2nd reading-aloud processing instructing part 209 includes a reading-aloud start button 209a, a reading-aloud stop button 209b, a fast reading-aloud button 209c, a returning direction sentence search button 209d, and an advancing direction sentence search button 209e. The part 209 is placed at the outside of the casing 30. Then an earphone 210 is connected to an earphone jack 208 of the casing 30 via the part 209. |
