PURPOSE: To fix a heat sink to a fixing member for fixing the heat sink to a device package such as a socket, a frame, etc., by suing a simple spring clip. CONSTITUTION: A groove 24a s formed at a heat sink, a center part 31 of a clip is arranged in the groove, and the open edge of the groove is deformed so as to hold the clip in the groove. The clip is provided with a thin and long center part, and a tip part 32 projects form the center part. Two tip parts are restrained to the hook part of a frame or a socket housing an electronic device package 10 for fixing an electronic device in a state adjacent to the device package. |
