PURPOSE:To provide an MCA system capable of improving the efficiency of a communication by performing a voice call and a data communication in separate groups. CONSTITUTION:In an MCA system where mobile stations 10 and 20 perform voice call and a data communication with a base station 41 via an MCA control station 42 by MCA(multi/channel/access) radio equipments 11 and 21 provided with DCU(data/control/unit) 12 and 22, group switching means normally making the MCA radio equipments 11 and 21 stand by in a voice group, switching the MCA radio equipments 11 and 21 to a data group when a signal requesting the transmission of data is inputted from terminal equipments 13 and 23 to be external equipments and automatically recovering the MCA radio equipments 11 and 21 to the voice group when the transmission of data from the MCA radio equipments 11 and 21 is completed are provided on the DCU 12 and 22.
