PURPOSE:To provide a machine translation system capable of providing information useful for rewriting document data of 1st language to be translated so as to obtain a required translated sentence to a user. CONSTITUTION:A 1st language analyzing part 102 analyzes document data constituted of 1st language to prepare intermediate language for the 1st language and prepares document data of 2nd language from the intermediate language of the 1st language based upon a conversion dictionary 110/conversion rule information 111. In the case of preparing document data constituted of the prepared 2nd language in accordance with a request inputted from a request input part 106, a translation example based upon the applied conversion rule information is read out from a data base and displayed on a display part 108. |
