CONSTITUTION: This bearing device includes a housing 12 having a bore 16 through which a shaft 24 passes via a bearing sleeve 32, and having an inner radial flange 18, and the first face of the inner radial flange forms a first shoulder for axially positioning a seal 34 provided in the bore 16 which cooperates with the opposite cylindrical surfaces of the bore 16 and the shaft 24. One 37 of both ends of the bearing sleeve 32 abuts against a second shoulder 38 formed by the second face of the radial flange 18 and the internal diameter of the inner radial flange 18 is greater than the internal diameter of the bearing sleeve 32.
