<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite plate to which a magnet can be bonded, while maintaining a value of a skin material by a method wherein a sheet like ferromagnetic member is bonded under the sheet like skin material, and further a base material is respectively bonded thereunder. CONSTITUTION:A composite plate 1 has a skin material on its both sides, which is prepared by respectively bonding a sheetlike skin material 2, a sheetlike ferromagnetic member 3 thereunder, a base material 4 thereunder, and the sheetlike skin material 2' thereunder with an adhesive 8 or the like. Materials of the skin materials 2, 2' are melamine resin, DAP resin, polyester resin, a vinyl chloride sheet, a fancy veneer, etc. Further, materials of Fe, Co, and Ni are used as the material of the ferromagnetic member (metallic sheet) 3. A phenol and rubber based resin sheet is preferably used as the adhesive or the like. Thereby, piper or the like can be easily stopped on the skin material with the magnet without using an adhesive tape for notice items while a value of the skin material is being used effectively.</p> |
