<p>PURPOSE:To provide a fiber mat product effectively increasing the critical elongation percentage, preventing the occurrence of the lack of hiding and cracks to the utmost possible, and having a smooth surface and a beautiful external appearance. CONSTITUTION:A chemical fiber fabric 3 impregnated with a synthetic resin 25 is laminated on the surface of a fiber mat main body 2 made of pulp, chemical fibers, and a binder as main constituents, the fiber mat main body 2 and the chemical fiber fabric 3 are bonded to form a wood laminated fiber mat 4, then the wood laminated fiber mat 4 is press-machined by a molding die having a die face corresponding to the product shape. The impregnated resin 25 of the chemical fiber fabric 3 is fused, and part of the fused resin is infiltrated into the fiber mat main body 2.</p> |
