PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive and dimensionally stable control plate. CONSTITUTION: A working chamber having an impeller 6 rotated inside and an axial boundary by a control plate 7 is provided. The impeller 6 passes through the control plate 7 with a small gap. The control plate 7 has at least one suction/discharge port, and is made of a winding sheet. The edge of the suction/discharge port is partially bent toward a side not facing the impeller 6, made round in a side facing the impeller 6, and raised in a side not facing the impeller 6. |
