<p>PURPOSE:To furnish a vessel holding hydrogen-occluding alloy having such an inner structure as the alloy may be made readily fluidal. CONSTITUTION:The hydrogen-occluding alloy vessel 1 is equipped with heat medium pipes 4, the inlet and the outlet for the heating medium and the inlet and the outlet for hydrogen gas where the distance L between the outer diameter do of fins for the heating medium pipe and the outer diameter of fins for the adjacent heating medium pipe satisfies the formula: do<=L<=3do. When the inner diameter of the fins is represented by dm, the following formula satisfies: dm/do>=0.08. Thus, the hydrogen releaser by vibration can safely be operated and the system comprising the hydrogen occluding unit, the purification unit and releasing unit can be designed compactly and installation costs can be expectantly saved.</p> |
