<p>PURPOSE:To reproduce classified and collected old paper in an office building according to classification conditions by carrying out classified old paper by a roughly fixed amount, cutting them into prescribed dimensions which can be recovered, and collecting them in a collection container through an equipment which can conduct compression molding with water, addition, chemical addition, and kneading. CONSTITUTION:The old paper which is inside a hopper 10 is transferred to a downstream feeder 13 so as to be transferred by a roughly fixed amount with the functions of both conveyers 11, 12. The old paper 3 transferred by the feeder 13 is thrown in a shredder 14 at the next process, cut into a recoverable size. It is conveyed onto a screw conveyer 15, where chemical agent or water is added, and is kneaded suitably and fed into a molding machine 16. The molding machine 16 is provided with a piston 17 which reciprocates in the conveying direction, which pushes out old paper 3 inserted in a cylinder 18 from the above to downstream continuously and is dropped into a prescribed flexible container bag 8b. It is then measured by a weight detection means and when its weight reaches a roughly fixed amount, it is fed out to a prescribed storage position.</p> |
