METHOD FOR REMOVING AN OXYGEN GAS IN A CONVERSION COATING OF AN ALUMINUM FOIL

摘要

The oxygen removal method reduces leakage current and improves the withstand voltage of aluminum foil by heating the aluminum foil and rinsing the foil with 90˜95 ≦̸C hot pure water. The method comprises (A) heating the aluminum foil with alumina film at 450 to 550 ≦̸C and removing blow hole of oxygen; (B) rinsing the aluminum foil with 90˜95 ≦̸C hot pue water for 1 to 5 minutes; (C) forming alumina film.
