PURPOSE: To enable accurate test operation of a hydrogen peroxide sterilizing device without the need of much technology and attention by providing an inner container including a catalyst for neutralizing hydrogen peroxide, and providing an outer container with a transluscent wall to detect a visual change of a detecting means without breaking the outer container. CONSTITUTION: A transluscent outer container 10 has an impermeable wall 12 and a release end 14, and a closed inner container 16 includes a synthetic 18 for neutralizing hydrogen peroxide. The closed inner container 20 includes a liquid culture medium 22, and a filter paper piece 24 is impregnated with growing spores with designated concentration and the other microbes. The outer container 10 is closed by a closing sheet which can transmit vapor and can not transmit microbes, and the closing sheet is held by a cap 28 having a hole 30. Either or both of the containers 16, 20 include detecting means for showing the visual change in response to the growth of microbes, and the container 10 has a translucent wall. |
