<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate wherein a thermal expansion coefficient is small and organopolysiloxane is not bled on the surface in molding by a method wherein a sheet-like base material impregnated with epoxy resin in which the organopolysiloxane having a specific functional group is mixed is pressure molded by heating together with a metallic foil. CONSTITUTION:A laminate is obtained by thermally pressure molding a sheet- like base material impregnated with epoxy resin together with a metallic foil. Herein, 0.1-30 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane having at least two of an epoxy group, an amino group, a carboxyl group, and a hydroxyl group in one molecular is blended in 100 pts.wt. of a solid of combining epoxy resin and its curing agent. The organopolysiloxane is expressed by ' formula I or formula II. The functional group R' is selected from an epoxy group, an amino group, a carboxyl group, and a hydroxyl group. Further, R is an alkyl group or a phenyl group.</p> |
