Ground laying of strips for providing painting lines

The adhesive strip layer comprises a frame on which is located a handle. Two adhesive rollers are fit onto their supports (33) and threaded onto a rod (27) held on the frame. Guide washers (11) mounted on the rod are adjustable relative to the width of the adhesive used to define the space between the strips and the rollers (23) rotating on the frame. The guide washers hold the two adhesive bands parallel and exertion of a force on the handle unwinds the adhesive from the rod. The adhesive strips are then laid on the ground by the pressure of the rollers. One roller is movable relative to the frame in order to allow laying in straight lines or in a curve.
