Process for decontaminating organic harmful materials contg. in solid or liq. substrates by means of microorganism comprises treating the substrate one or more times with a biocomplex comprising (a) 3-26 wt.% pancreatic degraded protein, (b) 3-20 wt.% P2O5-contg. water soluble phosphate and (c) a balance of desugared molasses soln. with less than 50 g/l. sugar (invert sugar) and more than 30 g/l. nitrogen as well as vitamins and trace elements.
