The fluid flow within the turbine impinges onto the shaped shell (1) and is thus deflected in its flow direction by a change of its flow line field. The conically tapering shell has its base face projection formed by at least one straight line (3a) and a curve coupling the straight line ends. The shell tip (4) faces the fluid flow impinging on its outside. Pref. the plane defined by the tip and the straight line is inclined against the incoming flow at a specified angle. Several adjacent, spaced shells may be used.
