The tip is held down in the rest position, and is released before changing over. An electromagnet can be used to hold the tip down, and there can be a slide plate under the two rails (2,3) between which the tip moves. The plate can be recessed at the magnet (6), while in the released state there is only a small gap of preferably less than 1 mm between the magnet and the tip. The magnet can be wider than the latter, and can extend for the full length of tip movement. Alternatively, there can be two electromagnets alongside each other in the direction of tip movement, and which are energised dependent on the tip position.
