Aircraft wheel rim design for coupling drive transmission

The aircraft wheel rim edge is formed by a rim (5) extension, or an extension of the loop fitted to the wheel rim. Pref. on the surface of the extended rim edge is located an outer ring (6) with anti-slip surface structure for cooperation with an outer pressure drive roll. On the inner face of the extension may be fitted an inner ring (7), whose working face has also an anti-slip surface structure for cooperation with an inner pressure drive roll. The outer face of the extension has recesses (8), forming belt pulleys for a belt drive transmission.
