<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sheet feeder having a lift-up member by which cost can be reduced and an installing characteristic can be improved and paper feeding reliability can be heightened. CONSTITUTION:A lift-up member 23 raised and lowered by engaging with an intermediate plate of a cassette is formed of a lift part 23a situated on an under side of the intermediate plate, a fan-shaped ratchet gear 22 to transmit driving to swing the lift part 23a and a connecting shaft part 23b to connect the lift part 23a and the fan-shaped ratchet gear 22 to each other, and the lift part 23a, the fan-shaped ratchet gear 22 and the connecting shaft part 23b are integrally formed. Thereby, the number of part items can be reduced, and cost can be reduced, and the occurrence of a phase shift or backlash can be prevented, and sheet height control accuracy can be heightened.</p> |
