PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a wrapped rice cake capable of molding a wrapped rice cake dough under heating without killing yeast in it and enabling the easy release of the wrapped rice cake dough after molding. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt 11 for release is placed between an endless belt 6 and a molding press 7 constituting a manufacturing apparatus of a wrapped rice cake and a spraying means 15 of a releasing agent C is placed on the upstream side of the endless belt 11 for release. Accordingly, the wrapped rice cake dough A is indirectly pressed to mold by the molding press via the endless belt 11 for release, the killing of yeast owing to heating by the molding press 7 is effectively prevented and a good wrapped rice cake giving a soft feeling can always be produced. Further, the homogeneous spraying of the releasing agent C on the endless belt 11 for release through the spraying means 15 extremely facilitates the release of the wrapped rice cake dough A after the molding. |
