PURPOSE:To prevent the edge part of a sealing member from being warped so as to always obtain a good image by forming a groove on the wall surface of a developer container equivalent to the edge part of the sealing member. CONSTITUTION:A toner container having an aperture part on a developer container side is provided, and a toner seal 7 being a film member stretched in two directions is thermally melt-stuck on the periphery of the aperture part on the developer container side. Furthermore, the toner seal 7 has a grasping part obtained by extending the end of the toner seal 7 in a longitudinal direction and folding back a thermally melt-stuck part so as to be drawn outside a developing unit. The groove 8 is formed on the toner container on a part equivalent to the edge part 7c of the toner seal 7 in the case the toner seal 7 is melt-stuck, and the melt-sticking is performed by using a jig 9 on the condition. Consequently, the toner seal 7 is prevented from being affected by the deformation of the container caused by the pressurizing of the jig 9 and heat influence. |
