PURPOSE: To accurately and easily practice the playing of an electronic keyboard instrument by making a user able to practice the playing while looking at a musical score displayed on a display part and a keyboard. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 30 discriminates whether or not the signals of a switch SW1 are the signals for performing a music teacher mode corresponding to the operation of the switch SW1 of a selection part 20. The microcomputer 30 controls an output part 50 so as to generate (gate on) sound pertinent to a pressed key when it is judged that the prescribed key in the keyboard of a keyboard part 10 is pressed and the microcomputer 30 controls the output part 50 so as not to generate any sound when it is discriminated that the keyboard of the keyboard part 10 is not pressed. Then, when the switch SW1 is operated to an ON state, the microcomputer 30 discriminates that the signals for performing the music teacher mode are inputted and displays the menu of the music teacher mode at the display part 40. |
