GAS LASER

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a gas laser in which an optimal laser gas pressure in a resonator can be maintained in a narrow range. CONSTITUTION: A gas laser 10 is provided with an output-adjusting device 16 for a laser output and a controller 23 for the pressure of laser gas guided in an opened gas circuit 19. This controller is provided with a pressure- measuring device 29, pressure-adjusting devices 26 and 27, and an adjusting device 28 for changing the gas pressure. The output-adjusting device 16 is action- connected with the controller 23 for the pressure of the laser gas.
