PURPOSE:To prevent the device from being damaged and to improve the safety of passing persons by preventing an excessive force from operating even when an opening/ closing door is pushed by the passage of a person by mistake when the opening/closing door shuts a gate. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the opening/closing door 10 which is formed along a ticket examine machine body that performs specific processes, etc., for tickets and can mode between two positions, i.e., a shut position A where the gate 3 that a person passes through from one side X to the other side Y and an opening position B where the gate 3 is opened, a rotary shaft 11 which is provided rotatably to the ticket examining machine body and supports the opening/closing door 10, a driving mechanism 20 which drives and rotates the rotary shaft 11, and an idle swing mechanism 30 which-places the opening/closing door 10 in idle swing motion to the other side Y when the opening/closing door 10 is at the shut position A and pushed from one side X to the other side Y; and this idle swing mechanism 30 is pivoted rotatably on the rotary shaft 11, a stopper 31 which i-habits the opening/closing door 10 to rotate to one side X and allows it to rotate to the other side Y is provided, and a spring 35 which energizes the opening/closing door 10 to the side of the stopper 31 is provided. |
