PROCESS FLOW CHART ANALYSIS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To easily prepare a process flow chart and to easily provide required information. CONSTITUTION:The entire processes are prepared on a screen by arranging respective symbols indicating the respective components of the processes on the screen of a CAD 3 corresponding to the flow of the processes and the information of production conditions and process conditions is set to the respective symbols simultaneously. Then, based on the positions of the respective symbols on the screen and the information set to the respective symbols, the processing contents and position relation of the respective components constituting the processes are analyzed.
