PURPOSE:To improve a humidifying efficiency and a dehumidifying efficiency in a heat pump package air conditioner and to enable a simultaneous cooling and heating operation to be carried out in a multi-type air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:Two divided heat exchangers 9a and 9b are installed within an indoor device 5. A high pressure pipe 3 extending from an outdoor device 1 is connected to two heat exchangers 9a and 9b with pipes through an expansion valve 7, respectively, and each of opening or closing control valves 11a and 11b is arranged at connector pipes 3a and 3b. The high pressure pipe 3 at an upstream side of the expansion valve 7 is connected to each of the two heat exchangers 9a and 9b with hot gas bypassing pipes 13a and 13b, respectively, and then opening or closing control valves 15a and 15b are arranged at each of the hot gas bypassing pipes 13a and 13b. |
