PURPOSE:To promote a paperless contract activity by providing a means for writing contract contents and the handwritten data of a customer confirmation area into an IC card when handwritten input is performed in the customer confirmation area and the means for reading and displaying the contract contents and the handwritten data written in the IC card. CONSTITUTION:A work station 12 for storing the data of customers and the format of a contract, etc., is installed in a business office 11 and a salesman takes the data required for a visit and a pen input computer 13 and visits a customer 14. When the contract is concluded, a temporary contract prepared on the screen of the pen input computer 13 is signed, the contract contents are recorded in the IC card 15 and it is handed over to the customer. When a personal computer 16 is present in his house, the customer can insert the IC card 15 and confirm the contract contents. In the meantime, the salesman transmits the contract contents to the work station 12 of the business office 11 as well by using radio or performs DB updating when the pen input computer is brought back. |
