PURPOSE:To suppress a voltage drop in the power system of an integrated circuit in an overload and to realize energy saving without requiring an exclusive DC/DC converter. CONSTITUTION:A constant voltage part 4 is attached to a stroboscope device composed of a strobe charging part 2 and an electric flash light emitting part 3. Then, a strobe control circuit 1 outputs first/second charge control signals to control the strobe charging part 2. In other words, the strobe control part 1 selects the charging operation of a strobe and the backup operation of an IC power system in such a manner that the active and nonactive states of the first/second charge control signals are properly combined. |
