PURPOSE:To prevent a message from being erroneously erased by a user by displaying the notice of erase for fixed time before the stored message is erased. CONSTITUTION:The user can display one of the messages stored in a message storage part 5 on a display part 8 by operating a control part 4 through an external operating part 7. Further, the user can erase any messages stored in the message storage part 5 corresponding to the message displayed on the display part 8 by operating the control part 4 through the external operating part 7. In this case, the user selects the desired message to erase or protect by pressing a button B. When a button C is pressed, the message displayed at that time is protected from natural erasing. At such a time, when the button C is continuously pressed for about one second, the display of 'DELETE' is turned on and off, and the erase of message is informed previously. |
