PURPOSE:To achieve Kamaless method and at the same time easily lead out a jumper wire by providing an angle clevis metal fitting between a clamp body and an interlocking metal fitting. CONSTITUTION:An angle clevis metal fitting 20 is provided between an interlocking metal fitting 3 and double wedge type clamp bodies 10a and 10b provided at an insulator device (a) and an angle formed by the axial center direction of the mounting hole to the interlocking metal fitting 3 and the axial center direction of the mounting hole to the double wedge type clamp bodies 10a and 10b has an angle (for example, 30 deg.) other than 90 degree.
